Inadequate parking facilities!!! The lack of a lift made moving luggage difficult!!! The noise disturbances from maintenance were quite annoying in the mornings!!! Kitchen facilities were too basic for self-catering needs!!!

Cutting through the noise
This place truly impresses with its friendly, helpful staff and a delightful breakfast. The spacious one-bedroom apartment had a lovely pool view, making our stay very relaxing. We enjoyed the warm, inviting beach just a short walk away and appreciated the cold water stations around the hotel for staying hydrated. A fantastic escape!

this was my second stay in playa de muro, and the elisa truly exceeded expectations. we enjoyed the lovely pool, especially the water refill stations, which added a nice touch to our relaxing days. the spacious one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family and close enough to the beach for easy access.
kitchen could use more cooking utensils.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment with a great pool view. The staff were really friendly and helpful. A bit noisy from maintenance in the mornings. The pool area was nice, but it felt crowded at times. Enjoyed the table tennis and badminton facilities available.

The one-bedroom apartment felt really spacious with a nice kitchen for making snacks. I liked the comfortable bedding, and the view from the balcony overlooking the pool was lovely. The air conditioning worked well, which was great for the hot days. Plus, the mosquito nets were a nice touch. I didn’t have to worry about those pesky bugs. I did notice the kitchen could use a few more utensils to make cooking easier.
